3. No Background Verification

KCVM does not conduct any background checks or investigations. It is the responsibility of individuals and/or their families to conduct independent verifications before making any matrimonial decisions. We are not liable for any misinformation or misrepresentation by any user.

4. Registration Requirements

The registration form must be fully completed by the applicant.

Incomplete or false information will result in the cancellation of registration without any refund.
Any changes in personal or family information must be reported to KCVM within two (2) days. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of the profile.

5. Service Modifications & Rights

KCVM reserves the right to add, remove, alter, or cancel any complimentary or ancillary services at any time.

We also reserve the right to cancel any registration if the individual is deemed unfit for our platform.
There is no guarantee of finding any specific number of matches. Matchmaking depends entirely on the viability of your profile and preferences.

6. Privacy and Consent

We will not share personal profile information with others without the written consent of the profile owner.

7. Refund and Application Policy

All registration and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

KCVM is not obligated to accept every application and may reject any application at its sole discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

By using this website, you agree that any non-legal disputes will be resolved by KCVM, and its decision will be final and binding.

Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, India, and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act will apply.
